I'm very curious to see how the Kengan guys expect any of their fighters to win a 1vs1 match with the connector.

Yeah, didn't think we'd get a connector fight right now. I'm not sure how this is supposed to go. Part of me is a bit concerned that the series could end right there.

Well, this chapter was 237, which is the chapter where Ashura ended, so we might not be that far from the actual ending.

Could be, but in the same time we still have the Koga story that is still ongoing, we have the Ryuki/Setsuna/Akoya stuff and the Niko guy story mixed with the Gilbert Westward faction.
So unless there's some offscreen killing of everyone, it looks like there is still a lot of story left in Kengan.
Unless it just conclude with the connector match and we'll get will be a 3rd Kengan series to deal with everything else.
And we have no yet seen the Kengan tournament (unless the connector match is not going to be only a match but the connector entering the Kengan tourney ?)

Easy, have Koga fight the connector and have him "evolve" during the fight until he wins, one thread closed. Then you have Raian walking casually commenting on how weak the westard faction was after all and wondering how could he have lost the first time. Then you conviniently forget about the Setsuna / Akoya stuff that was just overriden by the plot of the Death Dealers anyway.
There, I just finished Omega.

Hmm, so looking at the end of that chapter, it looks like the author is going to job the strongest kengan guy to the connector next time as there's simply no way he has any chance against the connector.
I hope it will be at least a good fight, though judging from what the connector did previously i guess he'll need to intentionally cripple himself again as i don't see how things will not end in a second.

Would be cool if Kuroki flat out defeated Shen here and then they reveal that the other connector, the one Ohma and Luohan are clones of, is the real threat.

I see these options from here:
1.- These 3 are going to job to hype the baddies even more.
2.- The fight be cut short before anything significant can happen.
3.- They win and then they reveal that the REAL REAL baddies are of course Tiger Niko and the other connector, the one Luohan and Ohma are clones of,a s I mentioend in my previous post.
4.- Xia Ji appears and does something unexpected AND useful for himself, for a change.
