knowing the author had no problem killing Edward Wu despite he was one of the most charismatic antagonist, it's hard to figure out how that situation is going to end, while on the paper Setsuna shouldn't be a match to him, i guess Niko surviving the fight may depend on close to the end Kengan Omega is. And i didn't expect the Akoya with his new Iron Man armor vs the Wu guys fight starting.

new chapter concluding the Niko vs Setsuna fight, sadly the ending of it is "offscreen", i wonder how the Akoya vs Willem fight will do as so far all of it has been offscreen too.

Setsuna did good, but I think Tiger is way more damaged from this fight than I expected him to be, as he has been hyped as the big baddie since Ashura. Now I have the feeling that Agito, Ohma and Kuroki (maybe Rolon as well) could deal with him no problem, not to mention the top worm and the connector(s) or the top level Kure / Wu guys.

Yeah, i was a bit disapointed in what Niko showed in this fight in comparison to his hype as "the" antagonist since the start of the story, as judging from this fight with Setsuna it feels like the stronger Kengan fighters all have a serious chance to defeat him.
But maybe things got more complicated to balance those character strengths when it came to the "normal" antagonists like Niko or Edward once the very overpowered Yujiro-level Connector became a part of the story on the antagonist side.

I'm not really sure this connector is an antagonist yet, but "the other one" the one Ohma, Luohan and Ryuki are clones of.

True, it seems the Connector has more in common with Yujiro, not a full blown antagonist but someone so powerful that he just does whatever he wants because he can, while there are people (the worm head playing the same role for the Connector as Strydum for Yujiro) trying to "contain" his mood. I wonder what that "other one" is doing as so far there haven't been a clue given about the guy, maybe he's just taking a very long nap as an alternative to that super slow breathing thing  . edit : new chapter JUSTICE! |

I'm only half through for now and i agree it's fun.
And it's not really similar to Kengan at all out of the underground fighting, but a story about women down on their luck that try to make their own underground (instead of public due to various of their life circumstances) women fighting company to make a living.
There's some interesting potential with this one.
