Yup, WTF is a reasonable response if you haven't seen Breaking Bad yet. But wow, they really nailed it. There's a series of Breaking Bad parody videos, and they're all incredible. I laughed so hard at every one of these, just absolute masterpieces.

One more for the road. I guess if you haven't seen Breaking Bad, they're extra silly, but the editing/sound mix/tone absolutely nails the Baki anime and Itagaki's vibe. Clearly made by a fanboy like us.

I had to google around to see who was that Hanada guy that both name and appearance reminded me of none at all. And it looks like the character existed already way back in old "Baki the Grappler" series : mangadex.org/chapter/40268920-7a0a-43e1-bf58-9562c9fe0e57/7I had completely forgot about this guy, i blame old age |

Yeah, it's the hotshot karate guy who gets absolutely annihilated by Baki or something. I seem to remember he hasa decent showing against Dorian during the convict arc (unless that was Katsumi ? They're both hotshot karate guys who get totally trashed relatively soon after their appearance, although by two different characters).
Reread the link : Ooh right he's not a karate guy, and he got rekt offscreen by Baba !

Re-reading some of those old chapters i must say it was hilarious how Motobe hyped Hanada so much only for that guy to get annihilated off-screen by Mount Toba/Giant Baba on the chapter that followed |

I kind of love how Itakagi fucks arround his plotlines: we are having Baki vs Jack! But wait, first we need to finish the sumo arc with Baki vs Sukune! So yeah Jack time! Oh no not yet, first it'll be Jack vs Shogi... wait people forgot who shogi is because it's been 25 years since his last appeareance, so... I'll hype Shogi having a match against... Hanada!
