Great discovery. Although I don't know if the manga has been discontinued or there haven't been new translations.

The raws have been released all the way up to volume 19, so I don't believe so. Volume 20 is taking time to be released, but it should happen eventually. Not sure why the translations have pretty much dropped it, maybe there's not enough demands and the usual scantrad troubles. The Raws are relatively easy to find, just type All Rounder Meguru Raws volum whatever and you should find one or two websites that have dl links. The links might not work anymore, though.
But yeah, I think it's a pretty cool manga. I wonder where it's gonna go now, but without spoiling too much, volume 19 felt like almost the end. I wonder what volume 20 could contain that would fill 200 pages.
