tanimotonatsu, you're probably right. Goku with mastery of UI may be able to go toe-to-toe with Whis, but he'd eventually burn out and lose the ability to keep up, since there seems to be a "timer" built into it, which seems similar to Fusion. I agree, Whis is completely broken though, the series wouldn't have any drama or high stakes if an angel just eliminated every threat.
Has anybody else has watched the last handful of episodes of Dragon Ball Super, like, over a dozen times? The conclusion of the series was so damn good.

Power levels are bullshit Yes, that's what roshi was all about this chapter.

Somehow, I'd be happy if they explicitly said that Super would be putting previously established power levels on a curve. As things are now, it's a pain to figure out exactly why or how a given attack would (or should) work against any specific enemy. That fact takes a lot of tension out of the reading: you can only find out that someone is hurt or defeated when the 'narrator' tells you as much. For all we know at a moment, Roshi might be strong enough to beat Jiren - it's only our prior experiences with the series that tell us otherwise.

To be honest I find the manga way more consistent on PL's than what the anime was. My grip will always be to have left out Buu from the tournament in both cases.

I'm still unclear on the reasoning for that. I'm sure we'll never know the specific creative reasons, but why bother to *advertise* him as being in both and then not include him in either? I can't think of any way for them to have spun that into more sales.

Since when is Piccolo such a jobber?

To be fair, the copying henchman alien guy seems pretty strong. But Piccolo getting grabbed and copied in an instant was bad, especially after he boasted about training all the time.
I’m hoping he grabs Mr. Satan, after everyone boasts about him being the world’s strongest fighter, and proceeds to be useless while he steals his powers.

Also, Piccolo is like this since Super. Well, actually everyone is like this, lol.

Guys, Piccolo has been irrelevant since the middle of the cell arc, and a joke since the Buu arc. I mean, maybe it's become worse somehow since then, I only have a passing knowledge of what happens in super, but it's nothing new.

Piccolo had some okay moments fighting Freeza’s henchmen in Super, and did decently well in the tournament of power. He and Gohan were a nice team for a while.
But let’s be real here, the most significant contribution Piccolo makes is babysitting Pan. Uncle Piccolo is #1, undisputed in all the Universes.
