Yeah, the way the author hyped Toda Seigen it's difficult to see how that version of Fuma Kotaro will be able to deal with him. She seems to be hyped as unbelievably physically strong, but we saw blind Seigen cut -effortlessly- the tall Nobunaga goon, so no amount of physical strength would prevent such fate . So she certainly has some "ninja skill" out of being physically super strong, because otherwise it would be a one sided fight and i don't think Tenkaichi will have anything other than epic duels (considering how short that tournament will be considering how many fighters are in). It's rumoured in history that Toda Seigen (or one of his students) is also the guy that was taught swordmanship to Sasaki Kojiro , the guy remembered from dying in an infamous duel facing Musashi. So it would be interesting to have a Musashi vs Seigen in the next round.
But man that horrible wound he got from Honda, i wonder how all those warriors will look in the next round

Well, Honda was hyped as fuck last round too, so who knows. I personnally want some thick girl action as long as possible, so I know who I want to get the W, but yeah, Seigen looks pretty sick, although a ninja should have some pretty good mobility and Seigen can only really cut what he can reach after all. Anyway, this is going to be a way different fight than the previous, Both here look like total psychos.

I sure hope the fight will be as good as the Honda vs Musashi one that was an interesting opposition of style with the swords vs the spear. We also have another one with Seigen vs Kotaro with sword vs ninja weaponry this could lead into some cool phases in the fight.

Regarding the injuries, I wonder if they'll go the Ç"human body is a miracle" route and have them magically healed after each round, or they will carry them.
After all, can you proclaim you are the tenkaichi if you and your opponent weren't at 100% capacity?

It's cool indeed but somehow I find this encounter predictible and not as interesting as the previous one, now I hope NOT to be right and this goes in the Zatoichi route where he was just faking to be blind... anyway, they do a good work of not giving an inch opf a clue as who has the real upper hand in the fight, not an easy thing to convey.
I agree that the art is really good though.
Edit: The chapters really take their time comming out, is this one monthly?

I wasnt sold on this encounter at first, but now I'm finding it more engaging, they sure know how to keep things interesting. I worry they are giving too much stuff in these first matches, and the latter ones which already explored characters might be less surprising.

No spoiler from me, but wow, it's been rather amazing, can't wait for the translations.
This fight really surprised me, this complete change of pace and style from the 1st fight really works completely and delivered superbly.
