Wouldn't a double KO be fun?

Considering the way those fights are going i imagine a double ko is impossible, instead it could be a double murder

I have the feel that Kotaro has shown all her cards, but Musashi is still evolving, I see no way wher she can overcome him honestly.
Let's see how this will go from here on.

Well, Musashi is missing some rib bones already and has a nasty opened wound and being a moron is not even having it treated, would already be a miracle if he's still alive for the 2nd round, evolving as a swordsman does not mean really much when you're greatly weakened from your wounds and the festering that comes with it. That said Kotaro isn't in her best shape either after no only the poison drug but the massive the blood loss from the various wounds that the drug prevented to naturally heal. I find it interesting that the author and his team do not have a clear winner pre-established until the last chapter of a duel, this means everything is really possible. It reminds me of the old tv serie 24 in which they were writing the story episode by episode and killed characters basically randomly, i remember a character they originally wanted to keep alive was even killed in the serie because a guy had leaked he would live Anyways, i wonder if there will be anyone in fighting condition in the 2nd round after all the grievous injuries

RAW for chapter 13 rawkuma.com/tenkaichi-nihon-saikyou-mononofu-ketteisen-chapter-13/Everyone is cooling off so far with eating, some more idiotic stuff of the commentator unfortunately, and the preparation for the next fight (William Addams vs Yagyu Munenori) with both challengers being shown as being more or less completely insane despite their appearance

The fight is starting on a huge boat (lol at the commentator guy doing the "Titanic pose" ) in the RAW of chapter 14 : rawkuma.com/tenkaichi-nihon-saikyou-mononofu-ketteisen-chapter-14/I wasn't expecting Addams to "dance fight" with what looks like a long knife (but still short in comparison to any kind of sword) , using his balance instincts from being a sea man (as the fight takes place on a rather moving sea) against Munenori, that's a very interesting choice from the author to give a refreshing style change in comparison to the other battles. I wonder what Munenori will use as a style, but his stance seems to hint at a more classical katana swordplay. Both guys seemed to be rather crazy in the previous chapter, i hope the fight will be as great as the previous one I hope Addams will get the win as i played a bit of Nioh

William Adams's life is pretty crazy. Not sure how any of his real life skills translate to matrix fighting with a knife, but hey. Manga law dictates that non-Japanese fighters get fucked in this sort of tournament format, so he starts with a handicap. Also... big knife vs katana ? Really ? But Honda did get bisected, so no one is safe probably.

I'm rooting for Williams, but I'm gessing that as the previous fight was won by brute force, this one will go for the swordsman, but I hope I'm wrong.

I'm rooting for him too after having played a bit of Nioh Now if the author of the manga is to be believed : mangadex.org/chapter/b6c7cd94-4e5c-40d7-9b3a-bcd622644789/47who will win is probably not yet decided at that chapter, but i already like a lot this opposition of style type of fight. I'm not sure being a swordsman is an advantage there to influence who can win, because there are already many swordsmen in this tournament, so i think to keep things fresh (as in not having swordsman vs swordsman in half the coming fights) their number will have to be cut a lot, or be given some very extreme gimmicks (like they gave to Seigen did) to make things interesting

The process is interesting. Doesn't necessarily make for the best story, but at least it'll be fresh. As for this fight, Adams has an interesting style, but beyond its quirks, there's still the problem that Yagyu's sword is at least twice the length of the knife, which is... not great. Well That didn't stop Musashi I guess. Still, the fight being on a ship makes me think this is basically Adams at his strongest, which would tend to be a red flag in a tournament format like that.
Also what is it with all this dudes in fight mangas lately who are obsessed about rape, seriously (and of course it's the foreigner) ? Kind of a shame too cause the real Adams seemed to have been a relatively chill guy.

Well, IF William wins they could have a build up for the next fight "If you thought I was strong at the ship... wait so mee fight on land!"
